Refund & Layby Policies

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements if you change your mind. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase prior to payment.

  • We are not responsible for any breakages once items have left the store.

  • If items are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the product & packaging so we can lodge an insurance claim with Australia Post. We will issue a refund for your item, or we can also offer a replacement of equal value if one is available.

Layby Policy:

  • A minimum transaction of $50 and a minimum deposit of 20% of the layby is required.

  • Regular payments are required. Payments can be made in store, online, by direct deposit or over the phone. Please ensure you provide a reference for all payments made via website.

  • If this layby is cancelled by you, a service fee of $5 will be retained to cover administration costs.

  • If you do not make regular payments or your layby is uncollected after 6 months, we will cancel the layby and items will be made available for sale.

  • Individual items may not be separated from a layby parcel until final payment is received.
