Tuning Forks

How to use a tuning fork:

• Activate the tuning fork by tapping it with a rubber mallet or flicking it between your fingers.
• Place the end of the tuning fork on the body part you want to treat.
• Feel for the vibrations in the handle. If the area is painful, you can try attaching a rubber ball or crystal to the end of the tuning fork.
• You can also try placing the tuning fork on a pulse point, in the centre of your forehead, or against your temple.

Forks can be used in a variety of ways to help you with your spiritual journey.

• Self-care: Tuning forks can be used to help you feel centred and present. You can also use them to stimulate energy and movement in spaces that feel stagnant.
• Healing: Tuning forks can be used for vibrational healing, chakra balancing, and sound therapy.
